Chris Petch
Director
I started my career in property in 1982 at Healey and Baker now Cushman & Wakefield.
I spent 8 years practising in the West End involved primarily in agency and commercial development with Pengap and Burton Property Trust. During the early 90’s I was a Director at Chesterton and became involved with OOT, my first deal was Chester Retail Park.
In 1996, I became involved in the out of town retail and leisure sectors by which time I was an equity partner at Tushingham Moore in Manchester.
This led to the creation of Petch Hall, a specialist retail warehouse practice advising the majority of the institutional owners at that time and being the choice for many in retail warehouse advice in the North. We sold Petch Hall to Cushman & Wakefield in 2008.
In 2014, I started Petch & Co. where I have since let over 750,000 square feet of retail warehousing.

Oliver Petch
Director
I started my career in property in 2011 at Montagu Evans. This gave me great exposure to different areas of surveying namely; agency, valuation and rating. A highlight was advising on the Olympic Village for rating purposes after London 2012.
In 2015, I joined Knight Frank Capital Markets focussing on out of town retail and supermarkets. Rising to Associate Partner I was directly involved in the purchase and sale of over £300m of retail property in 5 years. A highlight was brokering Malvern Shopping Park for £75m.
I pride myself on my knowledge of the retail sector, having spent most of my life looking around retail parks. I am active member of the industry being a member of Accessible Retail; formerly vice chair of Junior Accessible Retail.
